This is pretty awesome news, even if you hate EA. It's also a good move on their part, as it makes them look good for a change. Anyway EA Play is coming to Gamepass, and it won't cost you anything extra. This is big, since EA Play itself costs a monthly fee. This will likely give Microsoft a slight edge in the start of the new generation of gaming. Plus with them doing backward compatibility all the way back to the original Xbox, it gives us a library to play with.

I know a lot of people hate EA. I can never understand why. I love their sports video games. This is indeed good news but I'll still buy the game to own it instead of using this feature.

So does that mean EA won't do this anymore on their website now that they are merging with Game pass? If so it might be a bad idea for them.
