Hey all! Lets all share our diet meals plans. I make sure that whatever I am eating, It's nutritious and have limited daily amount of fat carbs and proteins. A little exercise for 20 minutes a day also works for me. I try to prepare most of your meals at home using whole or minimally processed foods. and choose recipes with plenty of vegetables and fruit. .
