All The Rest Rams slots are not working

Hello i am here with a technical problem on my mother's board ram slots. I bought 2 new rams ( 4 GB 2x2 ) these rams are working perfectly on BLUE slots, while giving no display on the Black slots. I am confused what's the matter can anyone help me to fix this problem ?

That's due to the IC of your Rams slots. If you watch carefully you'll find an IC on the upper side of your slots. Take it to the shop keeper and ask him to replace that IC with the good one.
P.S Do not try to fix it your self you may damage the or disturb other slots too

I am agree with you. I recently tried to fix something on my motherboard but unfortunately i damage it more

Sounds like you need another board if the slots dead
